Therapy
In life we all experience difficult times and feelings of unhappiness. For the most part we try and get through them the best way we can but sometimes no matter how hard we try our problems and our sad feelings don't seem to go away and we may feel unable to cope. At times like these counselling and psychotherapy are able to help.
Counselling and psychotherapy is a process of exploring your feelings and experiences with someone who is trained to listen and help you make sense of what is going on for you. It involves talking about the things you are struggling with and together with the therapist working towards either resolving them or finding a better way of living with them. Essentially it is a relational and personal experience that can help you work through what may feel painful and confusing to think about on your own and subsequently help to find a way forward that feels right for you.
